great location but minor comfort issues

The location is fantastic, just a few steps from the main square! The room was exceptionally clean, providing a sense of comfort. The building’s historic charm is impressive, perfectly maintained and inviting.

The mattress, while softer, didn’t provide the firm support I prefer.

Also, while the website claims free parking, we faced challenges finding reliable parking for our car. Overall, I appreciated the ambiance, but some improvements in service communication would enhance the experience.

The best part of my stay was the amazing location right off Piazza Grande—so convenient! The room was a bit rustic but had all the essentials, like a kitchenette and a large bathroom with a jacuzzi. Just be prepared for the steep stairs, as there’s no lift, and the noise from the bustling street can be a bit much, especially late at night.
